Jennifer is a super tough East German customs official! Zollbeambtin, as she says. Well, we say she looks very hot in this DDR style uniform, and she is a very tall girl with slender arms. Those arms just ask to be elbow cuffed! Jennifer has never been elbow cuffed before, but amazingly, we could easily lock her elbows into a pair of standard handcuffs! She is flexible! But how long can she stand to be cuffed like this? It is pretty brutal!
