Irene is alone in the classroom, she has to stay for 5 extra hours while everyone else has gone home. She used her mobile phone in class, even though she knew there is a 5 hour handcuff detention penalty for that. Maybe she likes being handcuffed? At the start of her detention, she surely looks like she enjoys her handcuff time. But as you can see later in the video, Irene starts to get bored, annoyed and tired.
