Kacie James is a pretty tough prisoner. She needs high security restraints to keep her calm, like a pair of speedcuffs attached to her leather prison belt. Her new prison dress is so short, and the leather belt makes her dress ride up, but she is unable to pull it down. Kacie is getting more and more frustrated with these cuffs, which is always great to see! Tough luck, Kacie, you will be in those for a while!
