New inmate Bexxii is from Belgium, so we made her feel right at home in a pair of LIPS handcuffs (the ones they use in her home country). But it just didn’t feel safe enough. We don’t know her, she is new… what if she is a flight risk? Just to be sure, we used THREE pairs of LIPS handcuffs and a leather prisoner transport belt. Even in her jail cell, Bexxii will stay cuffed. You can not be too safe these days!
