Roxy Mendez cuffed to the prison bed

After arresting Kacie James last time, Roxy is now in prison herself! And she is complaining about that a lot! How can people even do that to her? She was banging the bars and making too much noise, so officers had to restrain her to the prison bed in a spread eagle style with four pairs or restraints. This should teach her to behave and hopefully it will calm her down.
