Handhaving studente River shows us her LIPS handcuffs!

BOA handhaving student River is so proud of her uniform! She loves that she got all of this for free, perks of the job, and she can walk around in it having some authority. But when I asked her how her handcuffs work, she didn’t seem so sure of herself. Did she even have the required training? It’s time to test her skills!
